Welcome to Storage Nation! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storage Nation website (https://mystoragenation.com/) and our online Client Portal (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Relationship to Rental Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Storage Nation website and online portal. When you rent a storage unit from us, you will be required to sign a separate Storage Space Rental Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms of Use and your signed Rental Agreement, the terms of the Rental Agreement will supersede and govern your rental of the physical storage unit.

2. Use of the Site and Client Portal

You may use our Site to view storage unit availability, check pricing, reserve or rent a unit, and manage your account.

Account Security: To manage your unit online, you will use our Client Portal. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Storage Nation will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Online Reservations, Pricing, and Availability

  • Live Pricing: We strive to provide accurate, real-time availability and pricing on our booking portal. However, unit availability and prices are subject to change without notice until a Rental Agreement is signed and the initial payment is made.

  • Errors and Omissions: Occasionally, there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to unit sizes, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel reservations if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

  • Reservations: A reservation does not guarantee you a specific unit or price indefinitely. A unit is only considered rented once the Rental Agreement is executed and the initial payment is successfully processed.

4. Payments and Billing

By submitting payment information through our secure portal, you authorize Storage Nation (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

  • All online payments are subject to the billing terms outlined in your signed Rental Agreement.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current to avoid late fees or lockouts.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information when reserving a unit or creating an account.

  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Site, including transmitting any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

  • Use automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on this Site are the property of Storage Nation or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site or Client Portal may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our payment gateway or management software provider). Storage Nation does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which your selected storage facility is located (either Illinois or Texas), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the respective jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the updated “Effective Date” noted at the top.
